By accessing this website, creating a client account, or engaging IARB, you agree to these terms. The International Asset Recovery Bureau (IARB) is an independent, private investigation and recovery-support organization. IARB is not a government agency, law-enforcement body, regulator, or court, and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any government or law-enforcement organization.

IARB provides investigative, tracing, evidence-review, documentation and recovery-support services. These are advisory and investigative in nature. IARB is not a law firm, does not provide legal advice, and is not a financial adviser.

IARB is not a government agency, law-enforcement body, regulator, court, bank, or exchange, and does not act on behalf of any such body.

While no outcome can be absolute due to jurisdictional variables, our primary objective remains the definitive tracing and actionable recovery of lost digital assets. We leverage structured forensic analysis, blockchain tracing, and legal-support documentation to actively assist clients in pursuing and recovering lost funds from counterparties, exchanges, and financial institutions.

Outcomes depend on the facts of each case, the jurisdictions involved, the location and nature of the assets, and the decisions of third parties such as exchanges, financial institutions, legal authorities and counterparties. No statement, representation or communication from the International Asset Recovery Bureau should be read as a promise or guarantee of any particular outcome.

You agree to:

• Provide accurate, complete and honest information about the incident.
• Provide information and documents you are legally entitled to share.
• Not submit passwords, private keys, seed phrases or full payment card details.
• Not use the platform to submit unlawful material or to harass another person.
• Keep your account credentials secure and notify us of suspected compromise.

Accounts are for the use of the named account holder. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account. Access may be suspended or withdrawn where we identify misuse, a security concern, or a legal requirement to do so.

Where fees apply, they are set out in the engagement terms agreed with you before work begins. Scope may change where new information materially changes the work required. We will tell you before undertaking work that falls outside the agreed scope.

We treat client information confidentially and restrict access to personnel handling the case. Confidentiality obligations continue after a case concludes, subject to any legal requirement to disclose information.

The IARB name, website content, documentation formats and portal design are the property of IARB and may not be reproduced without written permission. Client-provided material remains the property of the client.

Where we reference external platforms, exchanges, or services, we do so for information only. We do not control those services and are not responsible for their content, availability or conduct.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, IARB is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of opportunity arising from the use of our services or website. Our aggregate liability in connection with a case is limited to the fees paid to us for that case, unless applicable law provides otherwise.

These terms are governed by the laws applicable in IARB’s place of establishment, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections available to you where you reside.

We may update these terms. The version published on this page applies to your use from the date shown. Material changes affecting active cases will be communicated to affected clients.
