How It Works

A documented five-stage case process

Every case follows the same sequence so that clients always know what stage their case is at, what is required from them, and what happens next.

  1. 01

    Submit Your Case

Provide information about the incident and upload relevant evidence.

You will be asked for the incident date, the type of incident, the assets involved and any transaction references you have. Supporting documents can be uploaded at the same time.

  2. 02

    Initial Assessment

The case is reviewed and categorized.

An initial reviewer examines what has been provided, identifies gaps in the information, and categorizes the case so it can be routed appropriately.

  3. 03

    Investigation

Available transaction and supporting information is analyzed.

Where the case proceeds, transaction information and supporting material are examined to establish what can be verified and documented.

  4. 04

    Findings & Documentation

Relevant findings are organized into a structured case record.

Findings are recorded in a structured format suitable for reference by the client and, where appropriate, by third parties.

  5. 05

    Client Support

The client receives updates and information regarding the status of the case.

You are notified of stage changes, and can review the case timeline, documents and correspondence through the client portal at any time.

Next Step

Submit your case information

The case submission form takes a few minutes and allows you to attach supporting documentation at the same time.
